SINE VINO - Taking other paths

The Mostviertel is my home and a place where culinary pleasure is very important.

The Mostviertel is my home and a place where culinary pleasure is very important.

I grew up among traditional cider farms and traditional orchards. Even as a child, I helped with the harvest and learned early on how much work and passion goes into high-quality ingredients. This enthusiasm has never left me.

My name is Reinhard Mösl. In 2005, I became the first Austrian producer of smoothies for the European market. I have gained a lot of experience with different fruits and the development of various products.

My journey to Sine Vino began with an article called “Null Promille”. It is about a sommelier who created new non-alcoholic accompaniments for a Munich gourmet restaurant every day. The restaurant became known for its creative accompaniments.

This got me thinking: why are there hardly any ready-made, high-quality alternatives in the gastronomy sector? This realization was the start of Sine Vino.

I wanted more than just a conventional non-alcoholic drink - an alternative with bouquet, body and aftertaste, served in style in a wine glass.

You should also be able to enjoy a non-alcoholic drink to go with a dish - just as you would with wine.

In collaboration with award-winning chefs and sommeliers, I developed finely balanced compositions of tea, fruit, verjus and extracts. This resulted in four multi-layered food accompaniments and two varieties of fruity aperitifs.

We all know the saying: “A good meal goes with a good glass of wine.” With Sine Vino, I invite you to take a different path. Because those who take different paths discover a new way to experience pleasure.
