Allow me to present our five Sine Vino varieties:
the first three varieties, Berries Nana Mint, Verjus White Pepper and Sloe Pink Pepper are all perfect accompaniments of food and desserts.
Verjus Grape Isabella pairs well with an aperitif and a dessert.
Before we ship our products to you, they are stored for at least three months. Here, we are talking about the "marrying" of the various elements. There is something happening inside the glass! We give our products this length of time to mature and develop.
I recommend a serving temperature of 5-8° for all varieties.

A small group of four friends, including myself, adopted the ritual of visiting a restaurant that had been recommended to us every 2 to 3 months. This small "gourmet group" consisted of a strict teetotaller, a driver and therefore only two alcohol consumers.
Non-alcoholic wine substitutes were in short supply! There was always this feeling that the two abstainers lacked the enjoyment of drinks to go with the enjoyment of food.
One day, I came across a newspaper article with the headline "Zero Alcohol" about a former bartender who had a passion for creating non-alcoholic accompaniments for a leading Munich restaurant. This article stayed with me and signalled the launch of Sine Vino. The goal was to produce exciting, surprising creations with bouquet, body and finish.
After two years in the making, five creations consisting of tea, fruit, verjus and various extracts have been produced.
Incidentally, the "gourmet group" fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic, and whilst writing these lines I have decided to bring it back to life. Sine Vino, finally frees you of that guilty conscience you had around your "alcohol-free" friends!
